Rodney Gadsden, originally from Charleston, SC, moved to Texas in 1993 after completing his duty in the Coast Guard. He’s passionate about building the local church to impact God’s Kingdom. While at CrossRoads, he answered God’s call to the Gospel Ministry and was licensed to preach in 2008. He holds a Bachelors in Education from South Carolina State University, a Masters in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University and a Masters in Christian Formation from North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago.

Janet Gadsden was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She moved to Texas in 1987. God has uniquely gifted her with the ability to usher others into His presence through song. She has blessed countless families at various life events providing encouragement, comfort and peace from God through her anointing.  She is an accomplished seamstress and enjoys creating with her hands. Janet obtained a Bachelors of Applied Business Administration degree from Dallas Baptist University and has faithfully served as the Worship Leader at CrossRoads for over 20 years.

Rodney and Janet, together have three young adult children, Branden, Marcus, and Sierra, and one daughter-in-love, Germaine.
