Good morning and welcome to worship!

Today is a special and joyful day in the life of our church as we welcome Rev. Rodney Gadsden on his first Sunday as our lead pastor. We thank God for bringing us to this moment, and we look forward to the journey ahead under his leadership.

This morning, Rev. Gadsden will be preaching from Matthew 16:13–19, a powerful passage where Jesus asks, “Who do you say that I am?” It is here that the foundation of the Church is declared. The foundation is not just on Peter the rock, but on the confession that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God.

Whether you’re joining us for the first time or you’ve been here for years, we’re glad you’re here. Let us worship together in spirit and in truth, with open hearts and ready hands, as we lay the foundation for all that God has in store.
